Job Responsibilities
- Origination, structuring, and execution of Debt Capital Market Transactions including syndicated debt.
- Structured finance deals, listing of debt instruments, and market-making.
- Lead origination efforts of DCM & Syndication with clients and prospects.
- Manage marketing, structuring, and negotiations with stakeholders.
- Supervise preparation of Syndication and DCM deal documents including Industry Analysis, Commercial Viability & Financial Projections.
- Review Financial Modeling, Ratio Analysis, Due Diligence Procedures, and Security Documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Capital Markets, Corporate/Investment Banking.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as of October 13, 2025).
