Eligibility Criteria
- Advanced degree in Theatre/Performing Arts from an internationally recognized institution.
- For senior theatre/drama practitioners, degree condition may be relaxed.
- Strong teaching and leadership skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire young talent.
- Experience in fostering creative and academic environments.
اہلیت کے معیار
- تھیٹر یا پرفارمنگ آرٹس میں اعلیٰ ڈگری کسی معروف بین الاقوامی ادارے سے۔
- سینئر تھیٹر/ڈرامہ پروفیشنلز کے لیے ڈگری کی شرط نرم کی جا سکتی ہے۔
- تدریسی اور قیادتی صلاحیتوں کا حامل۔
- نوجوان طلباء کو متاثر کرنے اور ان سے جڑنے کی قابلیت۔
- تخلیقی اور تعلیمی ماحول میں کام کرنے کا تجربہ۔
