Job Responsibilities

Maintain service levels as per SQ and meet targets.
Manage financial and non-financial requests through call center within escalation timelines.
Ensure sales targets and incentive model approvals.
Deliver call center projects on deadlines.
Vendor engagement for escalated issue resolution.
Ensure error-free transaction environment at Contact Center.
Implement processes to enhance call center functionality.
Manage team hiring, retention, and training.
Ensure audit clearance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum MBA or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university.
12 years Banking/Non-Banking experience including 8 years relevant experience.
Age limit: Up to 55 years (as of September 16, 2025).
