Job Overview
The Project Management Unit – Balochistan Education Support Program (PMU-BESP) under the School Education Department, Government of Balochistan is implementing education projects GRADES and STEP-Balochistan. Applications are invited for hiring the services of experienced Individual Consultants through an Expression of Interest (EOI).

Eligibility Criteria
- Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist: Master’s in Social Sciences/Development Planning/Statistics. 10 years’ experience in M&E, MIS-based systems, result frameworks.
- Education Specialist: Master’s in Education/Social Sciences/Development Studies. 10 years’ experience in education reforms, policy, teacher training, curriculum development. Higher qualification preferred.
- Environmental Safeguards Specialist: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences/Management/Engineering. 5+ years’ experience in EIAs, EMPs, preferably with World Bank projects.
- Social Safeguards Specialist: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Social Sciences/Development/Gender Studies. 5+ years’ experience in social assessment, stakeholder engagement, safeguard frameworks.
- Contract Management Specialist: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering/Urban Planning/Business Admin/Law. 7+ years’ contract management experience. World Bank procurement expertise preferred.
- ICT Specialist: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science/IT. 7+ years in MIS/ICT projects, SDLC, SQL/MySQL, programming, cloud (AWS/Azure), ERP, cybersecurity.

- ایجوکیشن اسپیشلسٹ: ایجوکیشن/سوشیال سائنسز/ڈیولپمنٹ اسٹڈیز میں ماسٹر ڈگری۔ کم از کم 10 سال کا تجربہ تعلیمی اصلاحات اور پالیسی سازی میں۔
- انوائرنمنٹل سیف گارڈز اسپیشلسٹ: انوائرنمنٹل سائنسز/مینجمنٹ/انجینئرنگ میں ماسٹر/بیچلر۔ کم از کم 5 سال کا تجربہ۔
- سوشیال سیف گارڈز اسپیشلسٹ: سوشیال سائنسز/ڈیولپمنٹ اسٹڈیز/جینڈر اسٹڈیز میں ڈگری۔ کم از کم 5 سال کا تجربہ۔
- کنٹریکٹ مینجمنٹ اسپیشلسٹ: سول انجینئرنگ/اربن پلاننگ/بزنس ایڈمن/لا میں بیچلر/ماسٹر۔ کم از کم 7 سال کا تجربہ۔
- آئی سی ٹی اسپیشلسٹ: کمپیوٹر سائنس/آئی ٹی میں ماسٹر/بیچلر۔ کم از کم 7 سال کا تجربہ۔
